In Mexico City there was a phone call from a relative saying that one of their family members were missing. That’s when the search started near where 23 bodies had been buried. Then the search was finally finished, they only ended up finding five bodies, and still not even sure if it was one of the bodies that the relative called about that was missing. Mass graves like that have become very common ever since the brutal drug war and since then there has been violence related to it in the drug industry. There were four other bodies found as well in Acapulco.
There is such an increase in violence in and near Acapulco. This is a huge tourist area but I'm sure not that many tourists are going there now.
